Items shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator within 3-7 business days. If there is a delay, you will receive email notification within 24 hours of purchase.
If you select a tracked shipment you will be able to follow your order until it's delivered. Unfortunately, if you do not choose to have your item tracked, we will be unable to locate it if there are any delays, and can not be responsible for lost or wrongfully delivered shipments.
P I C K U P
Orders can be picked up anytime locally in Mission, BC (approximately an hour outside of Vancouver). If you would like to pick up locally, please select the option for local pick up at checkout and email:

Silly Moon Quilting Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items will be carefully and delicately packaged. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us with photos within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment.

At this time, Silly Moon Quilting Co cannot accept or process refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final, unless the product itself is defective. If there is a problem with your purchase, please email within 10 days and we will discuss options.
