The Biscotti workshop is a playful, technique-rich class where quilters learn my signature “twice‑baked” approach to improvisational design. In this workshop, we start with simple strip sets, then slice, shuffle, and re‑piece them to create dynamic, modern blocks that look far more complex than they are. Along the way, we talk about colour, value, and contrast, plus how to loosen up creatively without losing control of your composition. By the end, participants will have a set of unique Biscotti units ready to become a quilt, runner, or wall piece, and the confidence to keep experimenting with the method long after class is over.
