Mini Quilt Along - Placemats

Join us for 6 super fun mystery placemats to increase your ruler skills and get some holiday gifts done ahead of time!! 

This is a quick, 6 week quilt along in which every week you will receive one video on how to complete one placemat! At the end of the 6 weeks, we will have a "wind up party" on Zoom to discuss all of our projects and have a little show and tell.  

We will be using Eggie Set A and Spacey to complete these.  It will also be handy to have Edgie 6, or Edgie 10 for the designs we will do.  

In this Quilt Along we be building skills as we go. If you like doing a design, why not apply the designs to a larger quilt? Play with different pathways, combine different techniques and just enjoy the process! 

You will be sent the supply list once you join the QAL.  Videos links will be sent starting on Sunday Sept 17th and will run for 6 weeks.  Our wrap up party will be November 5th @ 9:30 AM PST (This will be recorded for those that are unable to attend)

A word about fabric and thread - The designs we stitch will not be holiday specific (i.e. - no snowflakes, turkeys, Christmas trees etc).  You can choose to make your placemats out of holiday fabric if you like or out of a solid (or fabric that reads as a solid) to show off your amazing quilting)

As always, if you pick a thread that contrasts your fabric, your design and stitches will be more visible!
